The Stone World is the setting for the Dr. Stone manga. Roughly 3700 years after the initial Petrification event, the Pre-Petrification World has given way to a much harsher, wilder world where human progress has been virtually reset.
General Information
Stone World refers to the state that the earth has assumed after 3719 years since the petrification of mankind. Nature has taken over, and the only civilizations left are the Ishigami Village and the Treasure Island people. Senku Ishigami is the first Pre-Petrification Human that ever lives in this "era".
