Summary[]
Senku finally wins the general battle against Ibara in a three-dimensional battle using drones. He immediately awakens Chrome with the revival fluid and revives his other companions one after another. Ginro, who was seriously injured during the infiltration, and Kohaku, who had been turned to stone along with him, wake up safely and are reunited with Senku. Meanwhile, Senku and his friends, who are in touch with Ruri in the Kingdom of Science by radio, are suddenly cut off and receive a shocking message!
Plot Details[]
Senku revives Chrome to help make revival fluid for everyone. Chrome worries about Ruri, whose call to Senku ended when the phone battery died, and since Ibara smashed all the equipment on the Perseus, they can't call her back. After reviving the rest of the crew, Senku also revives Kirisame, who leads them to the statues of Kohaku and Ginro, whose fatal stab wounds are completely healed by the revival process. They also revive and befriend Oarashi and Ibara's soldiers. Senku repairs the telephone, but Why-man interrupts his call to Ruri and attempts to voice command Medusa to activate a blast of 12,800,000 meters, big enough for the whole planet. Such blatant hostility confirms Why-man is an enemy but confuses everyone, as Why-man clearly spoke with Senku's voice. Ukyo confirms the voice is somehow computer-generated in the stone world. Needing answers, they revive the extra statue Taiju retrieved from the ocean, which has a visible Medusa tattoo. The man, Matsukaze, who was petrified hundreds of years ago, reveals he and his village were petrified when dozens of Medusas fell from the sky. Excited, Senku repurposes the old sonic cannon into a Parabolic antenna to track Why-man's signal, confirming without a doubt that Why-man can only be in one place: the moon. Senku decides his next goal is to reinvent space flight.
