One Second, One Grain (一秒と一粒 Ichi-byō to Hitotsubu) is the 115th chapter of the Dr. Stone manga.
Summary
Having broken open the concrete slab, Kohaku discovers the jar left by Byakuya. However, she accidentally breaks it, alerting the guards to her presence. Taking its contents, she flees the scene, and using the Motor-powered Car, she transports them to Senku and the Science Team. Senku quickly realizes the contents include significant amounts of platinum.
In the past, Byakuya set out to acquire and stockpile platinum in case Senku was ever revived. He continued this for decades, eventually dying during his search.
