That's assigning Medusa is a mechanical thing not a person how can something mechanical birth an organic being that's highly illogical

That would be a huge plot twist but I don’t think so as @Reaperkittens333 is saying here the Medusa is like an object and it can’t give birth to something. It would be like a computer gave birth to a human.
